North Whiteley is a large-scale development site near Curbridge in Hampshire. Following outline planning consent in 2014, the individual land parcels are now being developed.
Our Client wanted to ensure that trees were incorporated into the design scheme, without compromising on the overall housing density for the parcel. We provided a tree survey and collaborated with the design team to ensure that trees were considered throughout the design scheme. This was presented in an arboricultural implications assessment and arboricultural method statement as part of the planning submission.
