Project Brief:
To provide arboricultural reports to accompany a planning application for an outbuilding.
We were approached following the objection and withdrawal of a planning application for an outbuilding within the rear garden of the property. The objection was principally on tree related issues.
We undertook a tree survey and provided advice in relation to addressing the reasons for objection on the previously submitted scheme. We collaborated with our client and Architect to develop a scheme which was designed around the trees without compromising on the overall intentions for the outbuilding. This was presented in an Arboricultural Impact Assessment and formed part of the planning submission.
