Case Study: Development project in High Wycombe
Planning consent has been granted for a new theatres building at Wycombe Hospital. We were involved from the feasibility stage and helped guide the design team on the necessary tree removals, as well as replacement planting to help maximise canopy cover gain, in accordance with local planning policy.
Unfortuantely due to very limited space within the site a large number of existing trees need to be removed, but replacement planting across the wider hospital site will help compensate for the necessary loss.
Credit must go to the design team and local planning authority for developing and approving the scheme in a very short timeframe.
